Canon: SPOILERS INCOMING The story starts at Teiko Middle School. From the relatively unknown basketball club emerged a dream team of players with unique talents and unimaginable potential. This team was given the moniker of the Generation of Miracles and promptly proceeded to live up to it. With each player a savant of the sport in their own right, the team swept competitions for three years back-to-back. The strange part is, despite the legend status of the Generation of Miracles, one particular player's praises went unsung. This is the titular Kuroko, a phantom sixth member of the Generation of Miracles with a particularly odd skill set. After the Miracle team played their last game together, they scattered to different high schools. The story begins with Kuroko starting over with a new high school team, knowing he'll have to face his former team members as opponents.
One of those opponents is Daiki Aomine. Exceptionally tall even by basketball player standards Aomine is a dark, muscular guy who's aloof neutral expression still manages to be intimidating. In a fictional world that revolves around basketball he still comes off as fixated on the sport. You can't blame him though, he's a genuine savant, with a style based around formless, natural, intuitive play that borders on doing the impossible casually. His talents have given Aomine an aura of overwhelming arrogance. He's equal parts crude and straightforward, but he isn't stupid, proving to be alert and observant when needed. He's certain that no one can defeat him so he's lazy, dismissive of others, and crabby when forced to exert energy on others. This is made sadder when it's revealed that initially Aomine was quite passionate about basketball, friendlier and more engaged by extension. As it stands when Kuroko faces off with his old teammate, Aomine is someone who wants to be challenged, he just doesn't think he can be.

Okay, I'm Daiki Aomine, sixteen years old, and I play for Touou High School back in Japan. I'm a power forward, and I'm awfully curious about how American players do things, I've only really dealt with one. All you really need to know is that the only one who can beat me is me alone. Stay out of the way when I'm on the court unless you're going to do something worthwhile. That's it. Please take care of me and all that.
Why are you joining our happy community?
The brochure said that this was one of the best up-and-coming basketball camps in the world, thought it might be good to switch up the kind of training I'm doing. Plus, I figure if such a good camp is in such a weird place, there must be some crazy stuff in the works here that can surprise me. Here's hoping that this place lives up to the hype.
Do you have a five year plan?
What is this a job interview? Yeah okay, whatever, I can answer the question. My plan is to keep playing basketball and to keep improving. Either I'll stay on top of the heap or I'll keep finding better players and figuring out new ways to beat them. It doesn't really where that takes me, I'm not worried about the details.
What do expect from your camp experience?
Part of the reason I'm here is that I don't know what I'm expecting from this place.
Do you think you are good in a crisis? Why?

Okay, these jokes are getting stupid. Undead flesh? Who knows how to do something that weird dammit? This isn't a horror movie audition.
If there was a dog and a criminal both hang in from a cliff and you could only save one, which would you save and why?
I'm not sure why they'd be hanging off of a cliff, but if they can't get up on their own then death is the fair ending, isn't it?
Can you perform a flawless headshot? If not, and if your life depended on it, how many hours a week would you be willing to spend on the shooting range?
Huh, never heard of that move before. Glad we're getting to the important stuff, I was starting to get impatient. Show me how it's done and I'll be able to overcome it in no time flat.

When a mysterious AI by the name of AIDA began to threaten not just the game, but the players too, soon it was up to a select group of players to come together and put a stop to it.
Atoli started off as a girl who became way too immersed in "The World" because of her troubled life in the real world, and was a part of Moon Tree, a guild whose ideals focused on kindness and compassion among the players. Naturally, she held these ideals as well (to too far an extent, usually), so she was always a generally sweet and kind person, if a little stubborn and pushy at times. But she was also viewed as clumsy, naive, and way too dependent on others. These days she's done a lot of growing up after getting involved with the AIDA business, and learned to think for herself and how to be a stronger person on her own. None of that's stopped her from being just as friendly or outgoing as before, however.

I guess I didn't read the entire post too well, did I... Of course, I'd be interested in hearing what it's all about! If I ever come across someone who's looking for one to join, I can always let them know about yours!
What do you expect from your camp experience?
What do you mean, "camp experience"? Was I wrong, and this is some kind of event instead? Oooh, I really should have went over that post a second time before coming here; I must seem a little absent-minded now. ... But I can still answer this! I'd expect the same thing from anything else that happens, naturally -- to have fun!
Do you think you are good in a crisis? Why?
Well... I may not be the best, but I've definitely been trying my hardest lately. I think as long as those who are important to you are there to help you out, everything will always work out okay, no matter how hard to gets.
Would you be able to dispose of the flesh of the undead? How?
Um, this is phrased kind of morbidly, don't you think? Wouldn't it be better to say "defeat a monster"? ... A- anyway! If it isn't too strong, I might be able to do it! But since I'm a Cleric, my purpose is to support with healing spells, not fight the enemy head on. Someone with a different class would be much better suited for that.
What would you consider to be your “soul” animal and why?
"Soul" meaning... favorite, right? All these questions are kind of weird... If that's it, I can answer for sure -- I really like birds! In fact, I have three sparrows that I have as pets offline. I think they're very sweet animals, so they're always easy to play around with. Not to mention, really adorable! I think they'll always be a favorite of mine.

Burning works for most things. If that's what you want, though, you might wanna change the job description I got. Even with what I heard about the soup on Tuesdays, could be a problem if somebody thought they were getting barbecue to go with it.

Aaaa. Depends on how hungry I am, probably. And how much meat's on the dog.
... you should've expected that one. Making judgments about that kinda thing in advance... it's all crap. You'll never really know until you get there, right? How far the guy is from the dog. If it's somebody you know. Who the dog belongs to. How hard it'd be to pull up either of them. In the end... the whole thing comes down to which one you see first. Doesn't it?

A jacket, a bottle of Barbancourt... a boat with a full tank of gas. Wouldn't want to spend my whole life there—but there's a guy I know who'd get pretty angry if I took a bottle that high-end out of his bar. A deserted island's probably the only place I could finish one of those in peace.
And it doesn't sound so bad, an afternoon off. As long as I got back in the end.

Out on Daiki. I think your app had the brusque voice described but it seemed pretty choppy, like the sentence "It doesn't really where that takes me, I'm not worried about the details." If you just fleshed out more of the responses so they transitioned better from sentence to sentence, it would have been an in, but good luck!

Daiki, I think you spent a little too much of the app questioning/insulting the questioner, but the voice seems strong enough.
