I voted out because as someone who is completely canon-blind, I found it very hard to follow the application and really discern the voice from it. It didn't give me a sense of the character! Part of that is because the canon section is lacking. I'm not familiar with Shuuen no Shiori and clicking the series link didn't help me much since it was mostly translations and whatnot. When I read applications, I look to the canon section to give me an idea of where this character is coming from, who they are, and what I should be expecting from the voice itself in the actual application. There wasn't much to go off of in terms of what the canon was, if that makes sense? Like, what does this group do exactly? What's going on with the murder? What is relevant and what isn't? As a canon-blind reader, it helps me to know what kind of "world" this character comes from.
Something else that really helps in the canon is an elaboration on who this character is. You mentioned that he's unemotional in your comment. That's a good start! That should be included in the canon. Things like how a character interacts in social settings — you mentioned he had a pessimistic attitude and liked to start rumors regardless of people's feelings, for example. Tell us more about that! Paint a fuller picture of the character, show us who this kid is supposed to be. Is there something that drives him to be this way or is he who he is Just Because? Do they change at all or are they the sort that doesn't really . . . care, you know? Tell us these things! It helps the canon blind reader understand who this character is supposed to be and what their voice is supposed to be like. It doesn't matter if they're unemotional or BURSTING WITH ENERGY!, as long as you really give the reader an idea of how it should go.
As for the application itself, it felt very bland and choppy to me. Some of the phrasing was a bit awkward, which jarred me out of the application and made it hard to discern a voice. That said, you definitely had some interesting ideas in here and I feel like if you'd focused more on those, you could have really brought out A-ya's voice and shone. The counselor answer, for example! I really liked that, it seemed to fit what you had described. In general, you seemed to use a lot of questions and answered them very shortly which, again, came across as choppy. Not all characters are talkers and it's definitely fine to use a lot of questions and have short answers, but the answers that were given here seemed to be very similar. That can come across as bland when it comes up again and again, which is why I usually recommend focusing on just a few questions and really letting the character's personality shine through.
There were a few typos as well, which happens! But having a couple in there did pull me out of the app while I was reading.

I hope that helps!
