Loki, I'm really wibbling over your app and I think I'm going to stick with an abstain for a little while longer as I consider it, but I wanted to write out why, exactly, I'm wibbling.
I read through your app and I feel like you definitely have his voice, but I'm not sure if his motivations are on key. Reusing his motivations from the movie might have hindered your app a lot for me, because those were very situational, very much in tune with what was going on inside of the movie itself. By having him sing the same song, so to speak, I think it hurt your chances of really making an incredibly creative Loki app. I liked the bit with Yggdrasil a lot, but other than that, I feel like Loki is a character who needs motive and build up. He is very reactive in general, and I'm not sure what, exactly, he's reacting to in this app, where he's being apped from (is it the middle of the Avengers movie? the end?), and so forth. I also think Loki could've taken a more nuanced approach to what he was doing; if he's frantic and this is his way of dealing, then perhaps little things like that could've been added in. Or why didn't he take a more manipulative turn on camp? What pushed him to speaking in the manner he did in the app?
That said, I really do think you have his diction down and I actually like how you presented him in the canon (though I would have liked a little more on him to show where you're coming from, you got the key thing about his motivations and that's awesome). I'm still wibbly because I get the feeling that you could play him really, really well, but the take on his motivations is why I'm not sure.
Overall, Loki is just one of those types of characters who's just super complicated in general, so yeah.
Edit: I ended up going with an out. I reread the canon and while I think it's mostly spot on, this part: "Loki sees himself as superior to the lowly mortals (humans) and is of the opinion that all they need is an overlord to unite the world as a single kingdom" is somewhat questionable in terms of interpretation. Spoilers: While Thor isn't a genius at understanding his brother, multiple moments in The Avengers reveal that Loki isn't 100% dedicated to what he's doing. Thor calls him out on being jealous, on what he's doing, and why he's behaving the way he is, and so forth, and in general, Loki is a master of bravado. I think that Loki's motivations are the hardest to parse out, but they are definitely not as ... evil-leaning as they could be.
That said, I adore Loki a lot a lot, and if you reapp (and talk to little Loki!), I'd love to help you get in since I do think you have his voice.
